In an emergency, hospitals may be shut down, or overflowing with victims, in any case, you should be prepared with first Aid Manuals and DVDs. 

You have all the medical supplies, check, but do you know how to use them. Some injuries may be simple and you may have had them before, but do you know how to perform CPR or apply a tourniquet? Having all the medical supplies is nice, but if you don’t know how to use them, you could hurt more than help.
